There are lots of expired domain which has pr2 or more.

Is it good to buy expired domain which has pr2 or more?

If I purchase domain (which has pr), does it need to be developed or just park it ?

Please give me your advice.

Hi Edy,

The page rank decreases when a name is parked. Also pr2 is not much. So, developing is better if the name is good.

Make sure they are truely PR domain names, any type of PR is good, and a lot of times it is followed by traffic... go to http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html to see if the PR is real or not.
