If you fail to read and agree to the new User Agreement within 60 days, PayPal will assume you do not accept PayPal's User Agreement and prefer not to do business with PayPal. In such circumstances, after providing additional notice, PayPal will close your account and pay out any existing balance under the terms of the old User Agreement.
You may want to agree reasonably soon

Lats...

youd think theyd advertise it better on their site
cheers:)

WTF?

Did you see this on the site or did they send you an email.

I'm sure there are many people that don't use PayPal on a regualar basis.

I just logged in, but I didn't see anything in my account

They didn't send out an email, found the info in another forum.

I just logged in again, now they putting up the notice before you reach your account details.

If you don't see that notice, it's in the left hand corner in the 'enhance account' box.

Lats...

I found it in the enhance account box after seeing your first post yesterday about it. It's great the way they send out email but never included actual important info in it. Every email they send is the same thing just worded differently about some Mollyguard service.

I got the message right after I logged in. Might be for international users only?

I got it too ... yes, maybe only for international users.
Honestly, I agreed without reading ... what's new now with PayPal ? :)

It'd be nice if they outlined what exactly had changed.

I got the message when I logged in I think I am not a international member. (does that make sense? I am in the U.S.)

I couldnt really see anything that has changed, has anyone else?

I believe if you log in for more than xx times and haven't agreed yet. The notice will pop up. It's not about Int'l member thing.
