I saw it just before I saw this post. Its nice so you know to expect the worst when you see all caps!

Very helpful...The old format didn't allow you to immediately distinguish the PM you were looking for when you had received multiple PM's from the same user. I would sometimes have to click through 3 or 4 to find the one I was looking for. Sometimes these little improvements go a long way =)
