Just curious what is going on with the "No Avatar" image under all our usernames.

I know I have a custom avatar, as did many before a change many months ago.

Is this feature coming back?

Or what up?

Thanks,
:)

I don't show it under the one's who have an avatar....

I am assuming it has to do with the new DNF verified logo to make sure the format is complete. Instead of showing nothing and have the display be off, they choose to use an image. It could have been done by using a non-breaking backspace to save on image loading and bandwidth.

Ah, I checked to see if Avatars were on under my CP-->options

Looks like they were shut off. Now they are on.

They don't line up with the Verified sysmbol though, oh well.

Thanks :)

Maybe the verified symbol should come under the avatar rather than besides it, then it would be possible to have no avatar without making it look ugly.

A scammer could come along and set the verified image as their avatar and start scamming. How DNF has this setup, if a user only has the verified icon and not a "no avatar" thing then you are right to believe they are doing something wrong and should report it to staff.

All verified members will have the verified logo on the right of any avatar or no avatar :)

don't give them the idea ;) but all verifed logos link to a page explaining the seal. If that is not the case, it is just the avatar.
