The chat room says that I have no permissions to view it, is anyone else getting this?

Adam wrote me (as he always have history of not answering emails): "I promise I will respond within 24 hours."
Now I am waiting 9 days for account info to which I can send money (5-digit deal) and other things (possible 6-digit deal) - no answer...
