I'm not receiving my PM notifications by email, nor updates to subscribed threads.

So I submitted a support ticket at oursupportsite.com a few days ago, but have heard nothing. I've just submitted a new ticket (Ticket ID: TUM-51950) - hopefully I'll hear something now.

Your settings seem to be correct. You'll have to wait for your ticket to be answered.

Your email provider could be classing the emails as spam. No matter what vbulletin forum I subscribe , my isp always classes the email notifcations as spam mail.
Check your junk folder or similar they might well be there.
Matt

I don't get any either and I use SpamArrest. I check my junk folder 2 or 3 times every day, in addition I have the domain whitelisted.

It's got to be on dnF end.

No, it's not that, I checked the spambox and I'm getting all my other emails.

Still waiting to a reply to my (2) support tickets ... oh, well :disappoin

Tickets aren't answered on the weekend.

The same problem here. Does it look like a general problem?

Oh man I can post now. :-)

I can't get notifications. I changed my e-mail address thinking maybe that was the problem and when I changed my address then I couldn't post and I never got the confirmation mail to verify the address.

I finally tracked down GiantDomains (Thank you man!) who got my ticket looked at.

Whew.

I'm still waiting ... almost weekend again ...

They are still working on this.

I have had the same issues for a week or so now as well.
I actually changed my settings just to see if that was the problem. Maybe a toggle of my settings would work but it didn't.

Don't know, just know it was fixed.

It's not resolved. After checking the threads today, I see several that I'm subscribed to, but I haven't received any notifications. I also submitted a ticket weeks ago...

By support ticket, do you mean the Help Desk link in the nav bar? I previously submitted one through a form on a different website, but never received a response.

Yes, help desk, but it won't be answered until Monday.

this is a widespread problem - i have gotten email notifications for years and all of a sudden it stopped 2 weeks ago and i did not change nor install any new antispamsoftware - however i do get sporatic daily updates - if you like i can even give you the exact date when the subscriped notification stopped.

It was fixed and it works for me now (didn't before), so you will need a trouble ticket so they can look at your problem. Thanks
