Is it safe to assume that all LLL.com owners who's sites aren't developed and are not domainers have been spammed to death by domainers looking to acquire their names?

Yes, they have all been spammed via email. You can still pick up from original registrants with higher-than-market offers and something more personal than a DRT message though.

There are also many that are at new email addresses and if you can track them down, they won't have seen as many offers.

If it comes from a gmail,hotmail,yahoo,anyfree account. As I said before (and got flamed), I never reply to these email sources. 99% are flippers. If I miss the 1%, oh well. If they want it bad enough...

Any with a valid whois email...I'd say they have received more that 150 offers in the last year....if not more. And some are with very large companies that are doing nothing with them.

depends on your offer. I always make a good first offer in my email. That gets their attention at least.
