Note on subscribed thread

I think it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to oneself when subscribing to a thread. For example, I might want to watch a thread that has dozens of names for sale, but only want 1 or 2 if they drop to my price target, but when I check my subscribed threads, I forget which one I was looking at in the thread. If I had a note, it would make it much easier than scouring the names again.
