Im living in the UK, im registered self employed, Im sure like many of you, im not happy with the amount of tax I have to pay out of my money.

http://csr-corporation.com/en/offshore.html

Whos registered as offshore? Ive seen a company (link above), offering offshore bank accounts, anonymity, tax free, no accounting requirements, basicly pay in and withdraw from here.

My question is, what is the legality of me doing that while being a resident in the UK? Would I declare that over here or just pay in a small amount of my earnings into my UK bank account and go on like normal paying tax on a few thousand a year?

Has anyone dealt with any companies that provide this service? Im looking for a reputable company thats not going to scam me and all my money. Whats the best country to go for? Any problems recieving checks from ad companies in certain countries?

Any help would be appreciated. Im completely new to anything related to tax but I dont want to get to the stage of paying nearly half my earnings to them.

Cheers,
Paul

It's a very complex issue - you need to speak to an expert to find out which jurisdiction is right for the type of business you're doing, some countries have different tax treaties with the UK than others.

What you need to aim for, is an offshore company that attracts little or no corporation tax and ideally non-declaration of ownership. You will still be liable for tax on any income you draw from the company whilst living in the UK, so you just draw what you need and leave the rest offshore.
