I understand that sentiment. I know that people are domain leasing right now and ive seen some prime ones asking for a lease of ~9,000k a month! which is insane but i suppose when the sale price is 1.25M i can see why someone might lease. Just trying to wrap my head around what the barrier is - is it the ownership or is it the price?
