I don't believe it will drop.
I assume what will happen, Affilias will hold onto it like all of the other high value domains stuck in limbo.
Afilias has a request into Icann requesting authorization for them to auction off many of the highly valuable domains they have stuck in the registry.
Similiar to what Mobi is now doing.
I assume Icann is trying to figure out how they can share in the revenue.
Once, that happens, I'm sure Icann will authorize the change to the registry rules.
