Francois.

Your taking the piss with your constant spamming.

Both websites Bargaindomains and Valuate are a poor example of design and development. Domainers that have to result in spamming other domainers has to be in my book the low of the low.

There is not a chance in hell that I will be using your services, so do me a favour and keep your spam to yourself..

You are becoming somewhat of an annoyance now.

Here! Here!

I just got home and here is Bargain Domains in my inbox, trying to entice me to list.

I do not approve of your unsolicited attempts to get me to join any of your sites.

You have taken liberties with the contacts here or from contacts of your other FAILED venture of domain auctions.

Man up and stop the crap!

I remember Francois from a few years ago (CYBERTONIC) ((sure he was banned from here also for his crap)), and he was some what annoying then.. However domaining.com was a bit of marketing wonder and his stock went up in my books, however the crap of late reminds me of Chesney Hawkes.. A one hit wonder, now the stock has gone back to zero.

I like many spend, months even years developing proper tools and sites that people actually enjoy. If I had to resort to spamming to get traffic then I would realise that my sites were crap and did not lend themselves to warrant people using them.

To say that I am pissed off is an understatement. The fact that I am a domainer does not mean that I am interested in ditching established domain sales platforms for a company that spends more bastardising the industry than actually doing it any good. Use all that time and money you have to hire some decent designers and more securer developers, and produce something that people actually want... or just find another market to work in that doesnt involve me getting hit with your SPAM!!!

I'd rather get spammed by Francois than be told that Epik is revolutionary development ;)

Epik... now dont get me started on that one.

That bastard spammer has spammed me just RECENTLY, and I assume many other nnn .us and nnn .net with his garbage "domain purchase" email, when he is deceitful about the domain purchase as he is not purchasing the domain in email title at all, promoting his new garbage platform requesting domain owners to put their names up there to sell their domain names. I have received 2 garbage emails from him already.

Is it possible he's only spamming those who used his valuate.com site? He only hit me on the 3 names I tested over there (of the 12k in my portfolio).

Have anyone of you tried e-mailing him about this?

I have not received any e-mails from any of his sites (I'm a member of Valuate, BD,Flipping).

I like the daily newsletter I get, nice sampling of good posts from various domain blogs and sites.

I did have an issue with him though after I listed a domain on one of his sites. They pushed it to auction with a very low bid and told me they'd close all of my accounts if I refused to sell. It is possible I just didn't read the T's and C's closely enough but this really bugged me.

I think he is an interesting case study in what to do with a large portfolio. He seems to like to develop a bunch of different domains rather than promote one main property. I think I've come across close to 10 different sites all in his network. Quantity over quality just like Demand Media.

I have never signed up for anything other than when he had the now defunct auction.

Got some too, with an email that only appears in my whois info.
Spammy for sure, but... well, you know what.
