Considering the fact that he has not legal or moral (obviously) obligation to you I am sure he is not too concerned about being served in Mexico.

Contact domainp and get your money back. cant figure out why that is so tough.
You keep complaining about your "3k" so get it back! Serve Domainp in russia. That's your only recourse. You have NO legal recourse with Attilio.

Attillo never paid and also talked shit to domainp and I been the one here all this time negotiating with domainp the domain is mines and Attillo is missing i paid for it already 1 part of the agreement is domainp is denying all request from Attillo!!!!!

you better find a very good one because you letting your so called friends here hype you up to get in trouble i paid for this domain in minutes your lawyer cannot back that this domain should have been transfered from you in minutes you failed to comply! but you choose to ignore also if you want to serve me

I repeat i will not take any action withouit legal assistance.

I will keep any email I receive about that as reference and I will be recording any phone call I receive about that.

Also I kindly ask the moderators to keep copy of this whole thread.

If my lawyer will instruct me to give back the domain in object to domainp or to opnencg I will do it in few seconds as well as if he will instruct me to transfer it back to first owner who is claiming that the domain has been stolen from him.

No because you were foolish enough to send money to someone who you knew was a scamster based on the track record of the name. SOmeone who didn't have it at the time and someone from whom you should be trying to get your money back.

The guy who bought the name from allen and then immediately transferred it to domainp in russia and cancelled his echeck to allen the original owner
 
No you have 3 k out there because you made a poor business choice and you have no morals about whether this is a stolen domain or not.

The people to blame for your not having your 3 k is domainp and yourself. He conned you.

Either way you look at it....per attilios agreement with domainp...he had til at least tomorrow to pay for it.

So Domainp scammed you into buying it before the deal was over.

Calm down and stop making idle threats. Not to mention your really ruining whatever reputablility you might have had by so openly participating in a tainted deal as this appears to be and showing complete lack of morals.

Calm down and see what happens..ya may get the name...you may not.

Eitehr way...if Domainp is legit he will make sure you either get your money back or the name. If not..you got an expensive lesson in life.

I remember transferring a domain to Igal lichtman he is very respectable!
also he let me know my domain isnt receiveing the traffic he thought he forwarded it back to me and I sold it to another person here what ever happen to those days? now people holding over people shit give me a break!
