I think personal attacks may be just in this situation. sometimes only the extreme can get through on some people.

Congrats on your 1000th post. This thread sure helped you get there. ;)

opencg..domainp wanted 3k..if in fact you paid him, then he got 3k..like he said, he does not care if it is legal or not.

and how exactly did this situation come to be? oh yeah, you knowingly bought a domain from someone who apparently had no right to sell it to you.

if indeed this all straightens itself out, there appears to be no question you will get the domain. but I wouldn't count on it, this smells very very bad.

Opencg the joke does seem to be on you. You read the thread prior to purchase and knew what you were getting into. Don't get upset at us - I suggest you "find" Domainp or look in the mirror for you are the only to blame.

lol, I would probably be around 3000 posts if my first account was not deleted.

exactly, opencg knew of the situation and decided to get involved. you paid $3000 for a domain that was being held waiting clarification on who owned it. you knew all of this yet you try and get in the middle. it doesn't make any sense at all, none, natta, not 1 bit.

Suppose the situation is cleared up an domainp is legit....atillio has a deal and may decide to pay 3k and keep the domain

the story i know: domainp was selling the name i offered then atillio got invovled after that so domainp seem to fall on his side because atillio seem to have alot of fans on the site so domainp was willing to transfer before actual purchase or sending of funds
so once atillio got the name in is hands he started playing detective and never paid domainp for the name he is now acting in bad faith i been negotiating with domainp since yesterday and sent him the funds he then said he will get atillio to transfer the domain to me being that im the one the paid the money for it.

thats the story

attilio has a lot of fans because of his history of honest transactions.

domainp clearly stated that he knew atillio would not transfer the domain.

Domainp couldn't get Attillio to transfer the domain to himself so how could he get Attillio to transfer it to you. Opencg you need to reread previous posts made by you, Domainp and the time posted because you "knew" what you were getting into to and I don't believe you will see your money again. If so it will be in small monthly payments mandated by a court of law.

still does not justify his actions of holding my transaction up like he is NSI i paid for it regardless of how many sells or buys he done here.

There is an old and trusted saying - Caveat emptor! (in plain English, this means "let the buyer beware")

Take 5 minutes away from this thread and read this http://www.gti.net/mocolib1/caveat.html

Rollin' rollin' rollin' rawhide!
