Hey Guys. You still can't understand me. Why do I need to loose my time, when I see that Attilio is not right (didn't have any right, had to notify me, trying to judge). I know that the buyer isn't accepting the offer - he needs to return the good. At least that was the deal with Attillio (AND THAT"S WHY I AGREED TO START WITH HIM - NOT WITH OPENCG - I thought he'll be fast and we'll be able to sell/not this domain name. And then he started long dicsussions. Actually, I don't like this kind of people, who're spending some1's time just for their fun.
Sorry guys, but i'll remind you some Caucasian custom.
"If the guy can't hold his words or denys to do what he told to) - then he's not a man and he need to be killed".
Of course I'm not going to kill any1, but the guy who's holding my domain name is acting not like a real man will.

Please don't threaten.

Sorry guys, I didn't want to threaten at all.
I can just say that Attillio is hiding himself (or even doesn't do what he told me he will).
And of course I'm not going to kill any1 or threaten to any1 here. It's quite a big amount ($3k i mean) for RUSSIA and i've got some connections. But I want to solve everything here!
That's why I'm still posting here

I think A is quiet as he may have started legal proceedings and been told not to post.

I think B does not exist

I think C and D are the same and want the name back to move on to sell the name to a less aware group

Attillio is no more absent than your friend you bought from

Everybody on this thread except John Berryhill is nuts.

Why?

This is the internet, this is just a board, anybody can tell any story at any time still yall behaving as if you had a clue what is going on.

Fact is, no one except maybe some of the involved people knows what is REALLY going on.*Everybody* involved that has posted here might be telling the truth or might be telling a lie - including the at least theoretical possibiliy that the original owner *did* get his money.I'm not saying he did, i am saying WE DON'T KNOW.

And yes, if i was Attilio i would immediately send 3k to the guy i obtained the domain from or transfer the domain back.No one is the police or the FBI other than police and FBI themselves and in legal terms it indeed might look to non-DNF guys like judges etc that if there is one person that is NOT entitled to the domain is Attilio because he definately hasn't paid for the domain (only from what can be read here, which means nothing of course).

Don't get me wrong, i understand the moral motives and i know Attilio is an honorable member here - still i find it very risky to play Judge or police when there is no need to be involved.

i still think opencg shouldnt have paid domainp the $3k and that domainp should return the money atleast until everything gets clearer.....

Hey, I'm not nuts! :-)

I backed out when things seemed cloudy

aguss, the thing is opencg never sent domainp any money. In his screen prints that he posted he told domainp he would pay after he recieved the domain.

jh3,

opss my bad :). Thanks JH3...

cheers
aguss

Well, If someone had beatz you out of a domain name - or the money for one - you may have a different opinion. We all need to get involved when there are problems and hope we can be a help.

I am not nuts either...having been the victim of 4000 of my domains being stolen and having watched it happen to many of my friends, I take this stuff personally. When it's brought to a public forum, it is then open for public speculation and question.

We have to stick together or more bullshit like this will happen to others.

Yeah but how do you know who is the real victim here and who is not? How does Attilio know ?

All i am saying is and as John has already pointed out, the ONLY person that *in legal terms* seems to clearly have not fulfilled his contract is Attilio.2 wrongs dont make 1 right.Everything else is cloudy to say the least.

Just recommending that for Attilio it would be best to give back the name to the guy he got it from to stay out of trouble.

And once again, how do you know for a fact the original owner did not get his money just to give an example..? I mean "know" as in "KNOWING" and "fact" as in "FACT".

speaking of stolen domains, someone keeps trying to break into my Enom account about 5 to 10 times a day. anyone else having this problem?
