Has anyone noticed that If we use domain names in our sig., they get archived in google?

It makes searching for traffic and links for domains a bit weird, because for example it can affect gogle result w/ ext, as well as If we get an appraisal here, a potential client will see it on google right away.

Is there any way to disable this feature?

yes noticed it and agree it sucks, but there's nothing we can do... if the pages are indexed, they'll appear in SEs

of course the owner/webmaster of the board can disable it with a robots.txt file, but it would considerable reduce traffic so why would they want to.

thanks for the link.

I guess the issue remains unresolved?
