Overture Link needed

I need the inside link that displays the actual bid prices paid by advertisers on keywords at Overture. Sometime back they changed this and I had it but lost it again. I have the regular keyword suggestion tool link etc., but I need to see the actual bid levels.

Would also like a link to a free ppc keyword management site that compares the bids at the ppc services including Overture.
