Looks like this isn't new, they've been sitting on it for about a year now. Maybe it's just to protect their brand, maybe they actually have plans for a real service someday. For now atleast, there is GoldKey which uses overture results.

There are a number of domain names using a lander as seen on: www.OvertureParking.com.

Catchier than "yahoosearchmarketingparking.com"
