Is there a source for the top search engine type-ins per current or past months from Overture?

For example, December shows 9 million+ Overture type-ins for "food."

How accurate is this, and what are other top words?

It's probably very accurate for Overture based searches, but remember these are not "type-ins". The only way to count type-ins is to own the domain and look at server stats.

IMO the very best source is http://www.Wordtracker.com who offers a free list of 500 most searched terms.
They offer other excellent services which are (unfortunately ) paid.
