Description of the site
Page Curve's primary focus is Adobe Photoshop Tutorials, although our 'ASCII Converter' is mighty popular across the globe, after it was featured on diggs homepage, it's getting solid backlinks from forums and blogs, but same can be said with our adobe photoshop collection. Anywho, we recently setup a forum - with a unique design (our lifetime vb license is included in the sale).

KEEP IN MIND: If you run casale or tribalfusion ads you're certain to double, maybe even triple the revenue. (today is the end of it's first full month!)
We recently setup a script on the site called banner manage, this allows us to run ads on pagecurve in a simple fashion, people just register, login, buy advertisements (via paypal .. all done through the cms) runs automatic - meaning you don't have to deal with the advertising hassle.. but you still get the $$$. (I decided I'd leave advertising on pagecurve closed and let the 'NEW' owner pick what he/she wants to do with it, so they get the ads $$$ instead of me).
Key Features
The design is css + xhtml, NO TABLES!! (loads fast)
Runs off the pmachine pro software, which is highly modded.
Every page is editable through the CMS.
We have an extremely large international viewing base.

We did have plans to offer a bloggin service, here's the design we intended to use.
I'm able to continue hosting the site for a week after purchase, however after that you'll need to find your own host, I'm able to fully install it on the new server and if you ever get any problems just ask.
BIN: $7,000
GENEROUS MOOD: I'm willing to do another 10 tutorials for FREE, and if you decided to continue with the forum community, I'm sure I'll stick around and help out if needed.
TIP: We've submitted ZERO tutorials to pixel2life.com and half submitted to tutorialized.com, so whoever buys this.. well its an easy/sure way to pick traffic up a considerable amount. (reason we didn't is because our hosting bill).
