Paid to renew two domains..

Hello,

I paid to renew 2 domains via paypal but the domains still have not been renewed.

I sent in a ticket which was responded to then I replied to it but haven't received a response back & when I go to my tickets page on oursupportsite.com it doesn't show my reply.

These names need to be renewed NOW!!
