Miranda Glover, 26, Faces 5 Counts Of Misdemeanor Child Abuse
26 years old, 5 kids, ages one to 7, no water in the house.
This is where perhaps the punishment should fit the crime.
Place Miss Miranda in a jail cell with no Air Conditioning and no running or clean water.
