Chief of key Internet oversight body is leaving

The chief executive of the Internet's key oversight agency says he will leave the organization after his contract expires July 1.

The Associated Press has learned that the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or ICANN, will make a formal announcement later Monday.

Paul Twomey has been CEO of ICANN since 2003...

Meanwhile, Mike Hunt Jr, Chief Executed Officer of ICANNT announced that he won't be leaving his virtual post any time soon.

The heat is on.

And they know it.

There are so many Congressional Committees and Sub-Committee hearings right now about ICANN and the internet.

Plus the Department of Commerce are not very happy with them.

Probably he have a golf meeting with Bill Gates :D

Bill actually spent his time creating and running a company and overseeing that it grows and becomes respectable.

Is Tim the new CEO?
if so, congrats, and did you ever find your glasses?
