I'm about to develop my first PPL website and have absolutely no idea where to start. The website is in the legal/official niche so I think there is some money to be made. Is there a website which hooks website owners up with business owners? Do you normally contact the business owners directly and work out a PPL deal? Any help would be much appreciated!
