Paypal down again? How annoying!

What's going on with paypal? It's the third downtime this week and it's getting pretty annoying... From Czech republic paypal does not load again...anybody else experiencing these problems? This is unacceptable, with the hundreds of millions they are making they should not be having these problems.:sigh2:

Its been down for me a few times these past few weeks, I bought something off eBay and the seller emailed me 14 times and was kicking off because I didnt pay for 3 days due to Paypal being down.
