Can I have money tranferred to my account even if I haven't registered a Credit Card to it yet?
And then a couple of weeks later register a credit card and take out the money? Let me know!

No, this is not possible for non-US. You cannot do anything with your account until you have registered a creditcard and had your activation code.

well this is strange. I have had alot of different forums tell me both yes and no.
Is it possible to send cents via paypal? if so, can someone send me 0.01$ just to try and see if it works

Speaking of questions about paypal. If you have a canadian bank account, can you receive US funds?. Will paypal convert the US funds into Canadian funds?. Or do you have to have a US bank account to accept US funds through paypal?.

Paypal has 24/7 phone support. I found that best, because a lot of these questions have unique answers.

Paypal treats some things on case-by case basis.
