When I go to the link the password pop up tht comes up has the comment that he is having some forum upgrade troubles. I'm sure that it will go away soon.

Correction: The site owner, Sam Yapp, disappeared a while ago (a year maybe?). The forum seems to have been hacked and used to gain access to the site: hence the popup.
