Whilst they do look very sexy, and you get a lot of platinum for only $49, I also think they're slightly too big and overpower our names..

To be honest I think they are too big and "cluttery". Nice thought though.

I think maybe just bold, silver, allcap text would look a bit classier fitting in well with the look and feel of the board.

Esthetically, the "Platinum" logo can overpower the avatars, due to its immense size.

Can it be moved to be directly above the "Registered:" line, with some whitespace left below the avatar? Or, even below the DNForum Bucks line....

Same with the custom avatars. Some of you guys have really great ones!!

The only suggestion I would make is better instructions in the user profile area, to direct members that custom avatars need to be bought through the store.
