No commercial value? Hmm. I have already been offered $500 for dogbit.com and $225 for treoworld.com. I was hoping for some intelligent appriasal help, still hoping.

 

Appraisals are opinions, that means some will agree, some will disagree. To class views that you don't like as unintelligent is unwarranted.

I have to say, I am surprised that you were offered that amount and even moreso that you didn't take it.
