Hello -

I have 2 domains that I picked up off of Pool.com years ago.. Both are at different registrars.. Enetica and Encirca.. I login to each registrar and set custom NS entries.. BUT on the whois info, DNS.POOL.COM is listed for both and it goes to POOL.COM's landing page.. No matter what I do, th e pages go to POOL.

Also, transfers fail when I try to move from these registrars.. what to do?

Thanks in advance

Why do the transfers faily when you try and transfer them to another registrar?

Have you tried to contact the current registar(s) regarding the nameserver?

As far as the transfers, as long as you enter the EPP code, and unlock the domains, given they are over 60 days old at the current registrars, the transfer should go thru fine. The registrars show they are ICANN accredited, and also the contact us link at the bottom of the page shows a phone number.
