Possible Scammer Roaming... who to contact?

Since I am actively pursuing developed websites, I have had many people attempt to sell me their websites.

I have run into contact with one individual whose name will not be disclosed (I do not wish to slander someone) who attempted to scam me, and I wish to discuss this individual with a moderator of the forums.

Any moderators have some time to spare for me?
