I wondered what would be a fair price to sell it for based on that PPC income?

To answer your question, if they are pure type-ins, you might be able to get around 5 times annual income, ie around US$18,000, and I would be trying for nearer 10 times annual income.

However, I doubt this is 100% pure type-ins, as google says that 10,500 pages contain the string "777888.com" and MSN claims to have 77 sites linking to 777888.com

What the percentage of type-ins compared to link traffic and search engine traffic is would be a bit difficult to calculate without you getting your own visitor stats.

In any case, good luck with the sale and I hope you get a great price for it.

Hi, my understanding is that the traffic was typins, but given the comment above about MSN links it could be the traffic is coming that way.

I have someone who has offered to pay $4500 after a test of the traffic, so it looks like it will be sold.
