PR pr not, please help

On some site the domain http://www.vietcong2.org says that it has a PR 5 and some not. can you guys please help.

Thats because www.vietcong2.org is a PR5 whereas the non www is a 0

inside your .htaccess, redirect the vietcong2.org to www.vientcong2.org .. it'll help
