nice stuff guys, these will all come in handy...thanks!

Ahh good times - we were the first ones to get links on statcounter back in the day.

And also the first ones to every buy links on a PR10 website - a kewpie doll to the person who can tell me what site that was :)

[PS. I have retired from buying/selling links for over a year so peoples don't message me about that :)]

I wonder what any PR10 sites could sell for, my guess is around $250k+ since you could rank in the first page of results (google search) for just about any keyword.

I think that is a bit general.

First off no "PR10 site" has a set value. Some of the sites we're talking Macromedia and Adobe. And those won't be selling for $250k. However I doubt this stats counter would sell for 250k as well. And another thing, one PR10 link will NOT put you on the first page for any term you want.

Oh you may have misunderstood me, actually what I meant was that if you have a PR10 site you can get first page results for nearly any keyword.

No it cannot.

Google is moving to a semantic system - where not web quality but semantic quality. For related topics such as web hosting, webmastering, and so forth, it is valuable. For other fields, you can find far better ways to spend your money.

Does not matter, that site does not pass PR, and has not for over 9 months now :).
