I am considering selling my site www.pokerexploit.com which is a page rank 5 domain with all sub pages being page rank 4. I have other websites that I need to invest in so I need to raise some cash. The site is currently earning around $510.00 - $600.00 a month from the 17 paid links on the left hand side of the site. The site is number one on msn.com for keywords such as poker cheating etc.

I think if someone had more time to spend on this site it could do a lot better.

I am looking for offers on this as I am not sure what its worth. I think around X12 monthly income is a reasonable asking price ( I have seen sites for sale for 30x monthly income? I am not sure if people pay that I know I wouldn't ) If I don't get I decent offer for it I will just keep the site and get a loan to help promote my other sites as the earning from this will probably pay it off.

Thanks for your questions and PMs,

I have contacted the person that build the site and he has told me that the information was from an e-book that he make and he used the content from that. I have have been unable to view poker101.net as the site is down. I will be interested to know if there is any other sites with the same content on as he never sold any books. Please PM me.

In regards to my asking price as I said in my original post 12 x monthly income so around $7000.

The Sponsors on the right are paying around $40.00 each a month and the total amounts to around the $510.00 - $600.00 that the site is making.
