Pricing ?

How do you price websites with little income but has a pr 4 or 5 and an alexa ranking of between 200-500k with just an average .com domain ?

These are only very vague information... The domain might be worth $xx or $xxx or maybe even $x,xxx+ if it's a good keyword domain. -> More information please.

i.e. Is it a generic domain? What industry can it be used in? etc.

Not a generic just a run of the mill .com not a keyword, pr5 alexa 400k the site sells traffic generates a little cash 3-500 a month 2 years old.

I think it is worth $7,500+ if it generates a monthly revenue of $300 to $500.
Also because the domain is already established (PR5, backlinks, Alexa...). This
is only an inaccurate estimate, of course.

Thanks dodo so if i get it for less than a 1k its a good deal ?
