Private Mailbox / Mail Forwarders

I have seen here it mentioned here that some people use a Private Mailbox to achieve privacy on their domains. Instead of using whois privacy or a po box.

I was wondering of the places that offer a private mailbox / forwarding service, which do you all think is the best and would recommend?
