Private Threads/Actions Showing up in DNF Twitter Feed

Private actions/threads seem to be appearing on DNF's Twitter feed.

The first post is part of the Sales/Support Help Desk which is supposed to be private between the user and DNF staff. Would hate to see a topic being displayed public that shouldn't be.

The second post is an action of a reported thread. Less of a deal but still shouldn't be blasted to everyone.
