Special Notes
As stated above, the script powering the website is 100% unique. No other site is using it. It is and was not a free script. Unfortunately I don't know any traffic details because it's not on my server [yet], but if the site doesn't sell soon I'm going to be moving it to my server. Then, I will definately be able to provide traffic information.

The domain is registered at RegisterFly, which means a free push to the buyer's account. I am accepting offers of $100 or greater ONLY. I am in no rush to sell this, and may not even sell it. I am under no obligation to sell it, either. However, I'll make an instant buy price of $250.
