PRMeter is a PR prediction tool similar to the SEOCHAT Future Pr tool (http://www.psychicsearch.net/default.asp?page=1) but more faster and interactive. The script checks with 18 of Google's datacenters and displays the results neatly.

When queried during PR updates, the tool will give a glimpst of your possible upcoming pr.

Nope; it doesn't use or need google api. Infact, it has nothing to do with Google search. No traffic, except for a few weird uniques

PS: the script uses the SAME algorithm used by the google toolbar and DOES NOT scrape google search or use the google API
