problem with godaddy (namosa.com)

when i open namosa.com it opens
and wheni open www.namosa.com it doesn/t open
wat is sol and wat is the dns supposed to be in godaddy account

I think this problem is my be because of your hosting account rather than your domain name may be contact your hosting company about this.
