convert to gif file to get smaller size. Jpeg is always bigger.

If that does not work then put your picture in a microwave and run for 4 minutes.

Agree, I've never understood why the size limitation is so incredibly low, with connection speeds as fast as they are today, I doubt it's because of load time.

If you're using Photoshop, remember to "Save for web..".

I have increased the size to 60k for Exclusive Members only.

Is it possible to increase the avatar filesize from 19.5k to 25k. I try to export and export and got down to 19.7k. If I resize, it takes away from my new EGA.
