I'm considering selling Proxy List. It gets quite a few visits, is PR3 (surely to be PR4 on next update), and has quite a few indexed pages. It's been active for quite for time!

The script and layout is all custom, proxies update daily via cron. All coded in PHP and requires NO work. We don't have any advertisements and therefore $0 profit is made, however it requires little to no resources.... profit could be made using google ads I'm sure.
