Question about domain purchasing.

I would like to require a specific xxxx.com domain name. Currently the address is just parked. How much do you think i would have to pay for this and how would you recommend getting it? Here is the whois data.

I think thats a Kevin Ham domain, one of the very top domainers. Who knows though, send him an eMail. If its a good type-in name I would be suprised if its cheap.
