Why is everyone concerned with overture search stats? How much of the the net's searches does overture account for, and what about Yahoo the major search? I find many domain names that aren't taken that have over 1,000 searches in overture, are they worth registering? And is their any programs out that can track searches done elsewhere for certain keywords? Thanks

 

if the domain is an exact match for the term (or a logical plural) and has a .com on the end of it - then its more likely to get type ins and have resale value. But its no guarantee.
