Has someone had some offers for his domain from estonia? Or has actually sold a domain to estonia? You can also send PM, I am interested what kind of names Estonian people are buying?

estonian language. I know thats a small market.

People: Estonian (65%), Russian (28%), Ukrainian (2.5%)

very small market. if 10% of population use internet, there are only 140,000 people there. so, they should aim for business domain, import/export business, I guess.

In estonia the 4 biggest internet service providers have about 100 000 clients, but that is not accurate , because big companys have theyre own network and the real % is higher.
Computers are in %19 homes.

Good! Do what I do, concentrate on your own language - it's much less crowded so you'll get much higher quality domains.

Put a simple enom reseller acount to sell domain and you might earn enough to pay for your own domains - works for me.

Ok thanks DOtcomster, I will think of it! But the problem in estonia is that estonians don`t have many credit cards.
