O.k if all the domainers on here who bid regular on domain auctions i.e snapnames etc we could save ourselves tens of thousands a year........so i thought i would try it.........

one domainer on here who i kept bidding against and we both were running the price up so i thought i would get in touch via a third party on here as he does not receive PM's he specializes in typos on here,the guy is a complete greedy idiot and to this day i will cost him thousands as i will run the auction up and drop out.......

Anyway i agreed another deal with an idiot from domainpark who decided to stitch me up when i let him have 2 domains real cheap he then out bid me on the other 2 when i thought it was safe to leave the auction.......so in 7 days i have cost him an extra 3K..........

So to all those greedy bastards....... i will make you pay !

You bid what a domain is worth. Maybe you drive the prices up for one another, but that should not matter. I know the feeling, I had this with quad premium LLLL.com after the buyout. I drove prices really high for others, they spent a fortune, and the value has since plummetted. Thus only bid on auctions you really want, dont get auction fever, and only bid what the name is worth.

Yeah true i have been caught up sometimes where somebody comes comes in at the last minute then i think you cheeky get you aint havin it and end up paying well over the odds,one could thing is i never bought one LLLL as i always thought they were overpriced and it was domainers and not end users driving the name up...........

So, if you are just driving the price up in an auction - what if they stop bidding right after your last bid? You're stuck with the bill if it's more than what you wanted to pay.

Thats true in generics but what i find is that people are bidding on dead site traffic and i just cant understand why they pay so much when the stats are just not there.......
