Hello,
RareTradeValues.com was started in mid april by me. I started it as a guide for rare trading values for the massive online multiplayer game Habbo Hotel (http://www.HabboHotel.com) by Sulake LTD (http://www.Sulake.com)
The game of Habbo Hotel is targetted mostly for teens, ranging from ages 13 to 18, with the exception of a few adults, the moderators. The users/players are refered to as "Habbos" and the volunteer moderators are "Hobbas". The habbo's buy furniture to decorate their room using real money. They can pay through a text message, credit card, and many other ways.
Anyway, RareTradeValues.com shows the market value of particular items in the game. When a player needs to refer to a price, the most commonly used price guide is RareTradeValues.com
If you search google for "Rare Trade Values" (with or without the quotes) the site I am selling RareTradeValues.com is on the top of the list.
This site requires very little maintenence, just to update pricing, and our layout is terrible as you can see, so maybe the new owner could spruce it up a little bit.
Currently we are running google ads. I started these ads in late April, and didn't set a filter for them, so I could not prove their earnings. This was the only domain I was running on adsense, so I can guaruntee you that one particular day I made $18, and everyonce in a while I hit double digit days.

We have teamed up with the owner of http://www.HabboTalk.com and are the official Rare guide for that site, and have a link off of the site.
