This website users post pictures and people rate them. Users can send eachother messages making use of an inbox. On the admin panel (screen shot can be found here http://www.rateus.org/Picture1.jpg ) you can ajust the site from being toally free to making users have to pay any set price to become "premium members" that have the rights to contact other members from the site.

Currently theres 3 days left and the auction is at .99 cents

Is the software system custom developped, or a known brand (which one) ... I see some sample pictures on the site - are those included with the sale, and are they from actual people who registered on the site ?
