I got this letter from someone just now.

Can anyone help me to as what I should reply with

The name has over 1200 links and has been in business since 98

Here is the letter

Hello. I am interested with buying the domain ktv-i.com. Is it still
avaliable for sale? If yes, what is the estimated price level?

Any advice..

Thanks

I would state that the domain was purchased with the intention of developing it. If the price is right however, you may consider selling.

It would help prevent them saying u reg'ed the name in bad faith.

so, what should gregR say about his perfectnames web site? is he full of bad faith? :D

tell him yes, and all your domains are $100. :)

Thanks,,

He came back and said $70 and I came back and said $100.. Do you think I should just take the $70 and run./?

Thanks

That domain has some good links pointing to it. Hold out for $100.

THank you, I bought the name from a drop.. I bought it for the links.

I sold the name to him for $100.00, thank you for the advice everyone.

Thanks

Congrats SJP. I would have taken the $70 on that name.

I see you have this on ebay today... did the buyer back out?

It is not on ebay... There is a auction with all my names on there.> I just did not go in and revise the list since he bought it... He bought it off of ebay.. Well through a email off of my auction

Don't you think you should remove sold names from your auction???????
